Year

2021 - Present

I joined Adfactors PR in 2021 as a Video Producer, working alongside one other editor. Over the next five years, my role has evolved from making videos myself to building the people, processes and production systems that make those videos possible. I work across the entire lifecycle of a project, from understanding the client's brief and developing the creative approach, to assembling the right team, coordinating production, directing shoots, guiding post-production and making sure the final film is delivered as intended.

I work directly with clients and servicing teams and creative teams, translating feedback and business requirements into clear creative direction for the teams I lead. Depending on the project, that team can include editors, motion designers, content writers, graphic designers, DOPs, AI creators, production crews, freelancers and external production partners.

The work is rarely one project at a time. I have worked across multiple client accounts and simultaneous productions, balancing day-to-day retained content with larger cross-sell productions, campaigns and event films. My responsibility is to keep all of those moving parts aligned without losing sight of the creative.

Over five years, I've worked across more than 20 clients, including Bank of Baroda, UBS, NSE, CDSL, CIBIL, ICICI Bank, PNB Housing Finance, Bharti AXA, Credila, Muthoot Microfin and MDRT, spanning corporate films, brand films, social content, digital campaigns, event films, motion graphics, AI-assisted content and more experimental visual work for pitches that has let to winning these clients as our retainer mandates.

SELECTED PROJECT

CDSL — ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM

Two films. Multiple crews. One large production.

For CDSL's annual symposium, I led the production of two films structured to play a central role in the event. A curtain-raiser and an ideathon film designed to contribute to the event's overall brand and image-building experience.

The combined production was approximately ₹8 lakh, making it one of the largest video productions I have led at Adfactors.

THE CHALLENGE

These weren't conventional corporate videos.

The films needed to create energy around the event, communicate the scale and ambition of CDSL, and work as major visual moments within the annual symposium.

That meant building a production capable of capturing multiple events while still leaving enough creative flexibility to construct the final films around a strong narrative.

MY ROLE

I was responsible for taking the project from creative development through production and post.

That included:

Creative development
Shaping the narrative and visual approach around the event.

Production planning
Determining the production requirements and assembling the appropriate crew and resources.

Crew & vendor management
Working with external DOPs, production crew and equipment partners.

On-ground production
Managing the shoot and making decisions as the production evolved.

Post-production
Guiding the edit, integrating AI-assisted elements and shaping the final narrative.

Quality control
Reviewing the work through to final delivery.

AI-led social campaign · Creative Development · Video Production

THE IDEA

What if Ganesh didn't wait for people to bring him home? What if he went to them instead?

Ganesh Chaturthi is a festival built around welcoming Ganesh into our homes. We turned that familiar ritual into the central idea for PNB Housing Finance's festive campaign: Gannu Ki Ghar Yatra—a 10-day journey following Ganesh as he visits real Indian homes.

Each episode captured a different household, ritual or everyday moment, connecting the cultural idea of homecoming with the emotional idea at the heart of home ownership: the joy of having a place to call your own.

THE EXECUTION

The campaign unfolded as a 10-day social-first series, using AI-assisted visual production to place Ganesh naturally into real Indian homes and everyday situations.

The challenge was to make the campaign feel culturally familiar without becoming another conventional festive advertisement. Each film became a small story, allowing the situations and visual treatment to change while the central idea remained consistent.

The content was developed for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, extending the campaign across reels, micro-stories and community-facing content.

MY ROLE

I worked across the creative development and video execution of the campaign, shaping the visual approach and taking the work through AI-assisted production and post-production. The project involved close coordination across creative, content and design, with the challenge of maintaining a consistent visual world across ten days of content.
